Kelly Richardson, the copyright owner of content provides ready-to-use photos that you can put in almost any project you can think of. When you download a file, you are buying a license that lets you use the file in advertising, websites, blogs, presentations, and more.
What is a Royalty Free License?
Royalty free licenses let you pay once to use copyrighted images in personal and commercial projects on an ongoing basis without requiring additional payments each time you use that content. Generally, Royalty Free Licenses grant perpetual, non-exclusive, worldwide, unlimited use, subject to the terms and limitations of the license. By purchasing Extended Licenses, you can use the copyrighted images in even more ways.
What license do I buy?
Our Content can be downloaded under various licensing agreements, depending on the usage intended. And all of our content can be downloaded under the Standard Royalty Free License which is suitable for most usage types. However there are times when this license may not fit your usage, so you need to check the additional extended licenses which grant you additional usage rights. What is a Standard License?
Every download (purchase) from this site comes with a Standard License that lets you use the file for any personal and business use for advertising, websites, blogs, presentations publications and more, subject to “Permitted Uses and Prohibited Uses” that are outlined in the Content License Agreement, ( one user, a 250,000 print limit, and it does not allow use for products for resale).
What is an Extended License?
For many projects, the Standard License is enough. However, If you require over 250,000 prints, or want to use the content for profit to create physical or electronic products for resale, or need to share files with your team (multiple users), you need to add Extended License(s) to your purchase. The cost of an extended license is in addition to your standard license. Each Extended License is sold individually as an add-on to the Standard License, all other restrictions of the standard License apply.
Are the images free of watermarks?
All images you download with a license do not have watermarks. Only the thumbnails visible on the site are watermarked for reasons related to copyright protection.
How do I Purchase?
To download a file from our site, choose your image size, and license that you need, add to cart, proceed to checkout. Once payment is made you will be re-directed to a confirmation page with the file attached. Click the download button to download the content.
