However, should you not be satisfied with an image you download, we offer an Image Replacement Guarantee! If you have downloaded a piece of Media that has technical flaws, faulty or damaged image, you must notify us through our designated “Contact Us” webpage.please contact us within 7 days for a refund.
In the event you are unable to download a particular piece of Media that you have purchased, we will refund the purchase in the original form of payment for that piece of Media, provided that PetStockImages determines you have been unable to download the Media successfully. Downloads will not be refunded if more than 7 days from the download date have passed.
