We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. In the unlikely event one of our images does not meet your expectations, we will be happy to offer you a replacement. It is of the upmost importance to Pet Stock Images to handle your concerns quickly, efficiently and fairly and be completely transparent in everything we do. We will do whatever we can to solve your problem in a fair, ethical and compassionate manner.

However, should you not be satisfied with an image you download, we offer an Image Replacement Guarantee! If you have downloaded a piece of Media that has technical flaws, faulty or damaged image, you must notify us through our designated “Contact Us” webpage.please contact us within 7 days for a refund.
In the event you are unable to download a particular piece of Media that you have purchased, we will refund the purchase in the original form of payment for that piece of Media, provided that PetStockImages determines you have been unable to download the Media successfully. Downloads will not be refunded if more than 7 days from the download date have passed.
The claim for a refund must be made within 7 days of the purchase date. To qualify for a refund, please follow these Refund Instructions.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, please note the following conditions:
- Exchanges will be made for the amount on the original purchase receipt.
- Returned image download must be within a 7 day period, and must have visible technical flaws to qualify for a money back refund.
- The 100% Satisfaction guarantee is valid for image downloads purchased online from PetStockImages.com online site only.
Most returns are processed within 5-7 business days of receipt. You will receive an email confirmation once your return or exchange has been processed.
